You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to college football recruiting. You will not use the Service to send spam, harassing, or misleading communications. You are responsible for the content of all emails and messages sent through the platform.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.
The NCAA Eligibility Tracker provides informal estimates only. Results are not official NCAA determinations. Always consult the NCAA Eligibility Center for official clearance decisions.
Top Recruits is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost recruiting opportunities or inaccurate eligibility estimates.
